I am an existing hustler. Can I just login to the app?
Unfortunately, your website login credentials will not work on the Hustle PH app. You need to re-register and create a new account on the app.
I am an existing user. Can I reuse my details to register via app?
Yes, you can reuse your details such as email, password, and phone number when you re-register and create a new account on the Hustle PH app.
Are kids allowed to use Hustle PH?
No, users must be 18 years old and above to be able to access our missions and earn real cash rewards with us.
I'm a student. Can I earn with Hustle PH?
Yes, students aged 18 years old and above are welcome to use our app. Just register on the app to start earning.
What will happen to the website login portal?
We will remove it soon. We encourage all existing hustlers to download the Hustle PH app to continue earning with us.
It says "Registration Failed" on the app. What should I do?
Kindly ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Then, restart the app and retry registering.
What is the registration code?
The registration code is optional. If you don't know any registration code, you can skip the question.pp. You need to re-register and create a new account on the app.
Where can I find the OTP?
If you don't find your SMS and/or Email OTP in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
The SMS/Email OTP is not in my inbox. I have already checked my spam folder.
Ensure that the phone number and/or email address you indicated in the app is correct. If it is correct and you did not receive the OTP, please contact us.
It still says "Registration Failed" even after restarting the app.
Take a screenshot of the error message and take note where you stopped in the registration process. Send your details via Messenger or email.
I am stuck at "Completing Registration" and it's been loading for a long time.
Kindly close the app. Then, open it and retry registering. If this doesn't work, contact us via Messenger or email, so we can assist you.
What's the difference between registration and logging in?
To be able to log-in, you need to register for an account first. Once you have created an account, you can use your log-in credentials to do our missions.
How may I sync or transfer my balance from the website to the app?
You may contact us via Messenger or email to transfer your balance from your account on the website to your account on the mobile app.
What will happen to my website account?
Your previous account on the website will be deactivated at the same time as when the website will be deactivated.
What will happen to my website account balance?
We encourage you to withdraw your balance from the website before the website deactivation. If you are unable to do so, you may contact us to transfer your balance from website to app.
Can I change my registered e-wallets?
You may only register one GCash and one Maya account on the Hustle PH app. If you need to change your registered e-wallets, please contact us.
I forgot my password.
Kindly contact us via Messenger or email, so we can help you reset your password on the app.
What can I do if I forgot the email and/or password I used to register?
Please contact us and provide us with your personal information that you used for registering to the Hustle app, so we can retrieve your account.
I have submitted a mission for quite some time now. Why is it still pending?
Kindly take note that it usually takes 5 to 7 working days from your submission date for us to check your mission entry. Please contact us if it has been over 7 working days. Send us details of your mission entry, so we can double check it for you.
I want to be a Hustler Pro. How can I apply?
Please provide us with your full name, city and region, and mobile number. We will give your details to our Hustler Pro Manager. They will contact you when there is an available slot in your area.
My withdrawal request is already approved. Why have I not received it in my balance?
Kindly wait 24 to 48 hours. Your request is already in queue for sending. Rest assured that we will send your cash rewards right away. If you still haven't received your cash reward after waiting 48 hours, kindly contact us.
I don't see a specific mission on my account.
Your profile might not be accepted for a specific mission. It may be due to your age, gender, city, region, civil status, etc. Rest assured that more missions are coming.
Why are there no new missions?
Don't worry, there will be soon. You may monitor our socials @therealhusteph to stay up-to-date with new mission announcements.
Is the app available on iOS?
We're working on it and it's coming real soon.
Can I resubmit for a mission?
Yes, as long as the resubmit button is available on a mission.
What does 'unqualified' mission status mean?
Unqualified means your profile does not match a specific mission. This may be due to your age, gender, residence, civil status, etc.
How long does it take to review my mission entries?
It would take 5-7 working days from the date of your submission to review your mission entries.
How do I add another e-wallet (GCash or Maya) to my account?
Step 1. Click withdraw.
Step 2. Click ‘Add another account.’
Step 3: Choose between Maya or GCash.
Step 4: Enter your e-wallet account number.
Step 5: Click confirm.
Where can I find my submitted mission entries?
Click the submissions tab on the app. You will find all your submitted mission entries here.
Why can't I find a specific mission?
The mission could have been closed due to the maximum number of submissions allowed. Rest assured that more missions will come weekly.
How long do I have to accomplish my mission before it disappears?
Every mission has a deadline. You can find the deadline on the mission details screen.
How do I withdraw my cash rewards?
To withdraw your cash reward:
Step 1: Click withdraw.
Step 2: Click your desired e-wallet.
Step 3: Enter the desired amount.
Step 4: Click withdraw.
Step 5: Wait for your withdrawal request to be approved.
Why can't I make a new withdrawal request?
You may already have an existing withdrawal request. Wait for your existing withdrawal request to be approved before requesting a new one. For future reference, you can only make one withdrawal request at a time.
